[Soft-matter] Soft Matter and Statistical Physics seminars 2020/21

Dear Soft Matter Friends and Colleagues,


I am writing to inform you that our seminar will run normally in the new academic year. The classes start on 15 October, so we aim to start the seminar series on 16 October (Friday) at the usual time, 9:30 AM. A detailed announcement will be sent nearer the date.

This year the seminar will have a hybrid form: whenever possible, we will have the speaker and a limited number of attendees in the seminar room, while all students and other interested parties will have a chance to see the talk and participate in the discussions online. In all cases, we will be streaming the seminars live. Students are invited to sign up to the seminar via USOS. 

We hope the community will stay in contact despite the difficult circumstances. We are looking forward to seeing you at the next talk.
